Your family will think that you are serving dessert for breakfast! This makes a great weekend breakfast for your family;-D
Lemon Squares
35 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
3-oz pkg lemon-flavored gelatin
2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
2-1/4 cups mixed fresh berries (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Line 8-in square pan with plastic wrap, with ends of wrap extending over sides. Mix wafer crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Freeze until ready to use.
Beat yogurt and dry gelatin mix in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add defrosted whipped topping. Mix well. Spoon over crust.
Freeze 4 hours. Use plastic wrap handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve. Top with berries. Serves 9
