Here’s a great summer breakfast that your kids will love!Orange-Vanilla Pops 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 8 oranges) 1 cup plain yogurt ¼ cup honey 1 tsp vanilla extract In a blender or food processor, combine the orange juice, yogurt, and honey. Blend until the sugar dissolves, about 1 to 2 min. Stir in the vanilla.
Pour the mixture into push-up or ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Makes 5-7 depending on the size of molds.
