This is a super easy lunch or dinner that my sister taught me. My 5 kids begged for this! It was more popular than pizza!
heat up a large can of chili, cut up vegetables while its heating and then layer in bowls like this:

1 cup Frito Lays Corn chips in bowl (crunch them up if you want)
hot chili, about a 1/2 cup maybe more
shredded cheese (just a sprinkle)
diced onion to taste (or not)
shredded lettuce
diced tomato
diced avocado (optional)

Stir it up and eat! Yummy!
