Cream of Cauliflower Soup
1kg. bag frozen cauliflower or 1 fresh cauliflower
1 T. curry powder
7 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped onion
5/8 c. butter
5/8 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper

5 c. milk

Put 1st 4 ingredients in large pot and cook until tender (about 10 minutes or so). Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan on medium low heat and add flour. Add salt and pepper. Make into a paste. Add milk all at once and stir and cook until thick and bubbly. When cauliflower is cooked mash with potato masher; then add milk mixture. Heat through then serve. Serves 8.
