Beck's Italian Cheese Soup

1 lb. of ground beef, ground chuck, etc.
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
Brown the above ingredients....Drain-Then add:

1 cup of carrot strips-1 inch long or thin sliced carrots
1 cup of celery, sliced thin and diced
2 cans of beef broth (15 oz.)
5 cans of water- (you might want to add more before itís done)
2- 16 oz. can of diced petite tomatoes
28 oz. of tomato sauce
1-16 oz. of kidney beans
1-16 oz. of navy beans
1 tsp. basil
1/2- 1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp of beef granules or 2 beef bouillon cubes

Bag of Frozen tortellini- shredded cheese

Boil soup for 30 to 45 mins.
5 mins before serving put tortellini in soup till they float.

Pasta- cheese filled tortillini....I found in the frozen noodle section)
Top bowls of soup with grated mozzarella or yellow/ white shredded cheese....ENJOY!!!
