6 to 8 slices of bacon
Half an onion, diced
8 to 10 potatoes, boiled
1 bag of frozen corn
Yogurt (plain) or sour cream
Milk or cream
Shredded cheddar cheese

Use a Dutch oven on the stove top to crisp the bacon. Remove the bacon. Pour off half of the bacon grease, keeping the other half in the pot.

Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent in the bacon grease.

Crumble the bacon and add to the pot.

Use two thirds of the boiled potatoes to make mashed potatoes with sour cream or yogurt. Add to the pot.

Add frozen corn and milk until the consistency you desire.

Season with salt and pepper. Heat and serve with shredded cheese.
