My favorite slow cooker recipe is salsa chicken. Super easy, tasty and slo carb diet friendly! 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 jar of salsa
1 can of black beans, drained
cumin, salt & pepper

1. Season chicken with cumin, salt & pepper
2. Pour salsa and black beans into slow cooker and mix together.
3. Add chicken, covering it with the salsa & bean mixture.
4. Cook on low for 4 hours.

I serve this with white rice, but it is good with mashed potatoes also.
