4 cups chicken broth, 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp season salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 medium onion chopped, 1 cup zucchini diced, 1/8 cup parsley, 1/2 tsp poultryseasoning, 1 tsp Better Than Bouillonbeef base, 1-2 diced boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1/3 cup parmesan reggiano, 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Add all ingredients except chicken, parmesan and nutmeg to crockpot and cook on low 4-5 hours or high for 3 hours. Add chicken and nutmeg and cook additional hour. Stir in parmesan and enjoy!
