    Default NYears fitness challenge

    I plan on takingh more yoga classes, I've just started taking a class. Get back to my walking program and walk everyday, I have a dog to help me know And continue to eat healthy. I've lost 125 pounds and need to firm self up so I am also going back to the Y which I had stopped doing. Made excuses to self for not going likek I should and staying positive.

    I would also like to start yoga, eliminate lower back pains.
