Rocky Road Bars makes 2 ? dozen
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ? cup all purpose flour
1 ? teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) of butter or margarine, softened
1 ? tea vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 ? cup coarsely chopped walnuts

MICROWAVE: 1 cup morsels in medium, microwave-safe bowl on high for
1 minute; stire. Micrwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals;
stir until smooth. Cool to room temp.

COMBINE flour & baking powder in small bowl.

BEAT sugar, butter and vanilla in large mixer bowl until crumbly.
Beat in eggs. Add melted chocolate; beat until smooth. Gradually
beat in flour mixture. Spread batter into greased 13x9 inch baking

BAKE in preheated 375* oven for 16-20 minutes or until wooden pick
inserted in center comes out still slightlly sticky.

REMOVE from oven; sprinkle immediatly with marshmallows, nuts, and
remaining 1 cup morsels. Return to over for 2 minutes. Remove from
oven, cool in pan on wire rack.
