Easy Chicken and Rice
4 chicken breast boneless and skinless
1 cup rice, cooked
1 can cream mushroom soup or can use cream of chicken
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

Spray a 9"x13" pan. Cut up chicken breast, add 1 cup cooked rice, soup milk chopped onion and celery and mix well. Add to the pan and over. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour and the last 15 minutes leave partially covered. The last few minutes you can add 1/2 to 1 cup cheese.
