Frozen cranberry salad
1 lb fresh cranberries
1 (16 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
16 ounces Cool Whip

Grind up cranberries.
Mix cranberries, marshmallows and sugar and let stand overnight.
Mix cool whip into cranberry mixture and put into a 9x13 pan. Freeze
Serve as desert, cut in squares on a bed of pretty greens.

Cabbage Ramen Salad - from the "Best of Mennonite Fellowship Meals"
cookbook. I do a couple things differently than the cookbook - but
the ingredients are basically the same.

1/2 head cabbage, shredded (I usually buy a package of slaw mix)or
can use Chinese cabbage.
2 T sesame seeds
2 T sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
4 green onions, chopped
