freezer burgers

one thing i like to do is
take 4 lb burger
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp worcheshire sauce
mix well.
taking 1/4 lb at a time, form a ball and squish between 2
saucers(small plates).

transfer to cookie sheet and flash freeze.
after that, transfer into individual fold top sandwich baggies.
place all of your patties into 1 or 2 gallon freezer bags.
comes in handy when i don't feel like cooking much. they defrost fast.
