Citrus Fish

1 1/2 Pounds fish fillets
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 Medium onion, chopped
5 Tablespoons chopped parsley
4 Teaspoons oil
2 Teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 Teaspoons grated orange rind

Place fish in bottom of greased crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and

pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on high for 3 hours or
