Cookies & Cream Snowman Dessert

Makes: 10 servings, 1/2 cup each

2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie
Filling
30 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Decorations: 1 baby carrot and 1 piece red string licorice

POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk
2 min. or until well blended.
LINE 8-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap. Arrange 14 of the
cookies on bottom of prepared pan; spread 1 cup of the pudding
mixture over cookies. Repeat layers of 14 cookies and remaining
pudding mixture; cover with plastic wrap.
REFRIGERATE at least 24 hours. Uncover. Invert onto serving plate;
remove plastic wrap. Frost with the whipped topping. Add 2 remaining
cookies for the eyes and the carrot for the nose. Cut licorice into 6-
inch length; add to face for the mouth. Store in refrigerator.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Instant
Pudding & Pie Filling.

& Pie Filling
3 cups milk
18 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package.
SPOON into 6 individual dessert mugs. Top each with 3 marshmallows.
SERVE warm.

Special Extra
Top with a dollop of COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.

Great Substitute
Substitute 1 crumbled OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookie; or 1 tsp.
miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut or
chopped PLANTERS Pecans for marshmallows.

1 qt. (4 cups) cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
& Pie Filling
20 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed, divided
10 paper or plastic cups (6 to 7 oz.)
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Assorted decorating gels

POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire
whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently
stir in 1 cup of the crushed cookies.
SPOON remaining crushed cookies into bottoms of paper cups, adding
about 2 tsp. crumbs to each cup; cover with pudding mixture.
DROP spoonfuls of the whipped topping onto desserts to resemble
snowmen. Decorate with gels for the "eyes," "noses" and "scarves."
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover desserts in
refrigerator.

Make it Easy
Instead of dropping spoonfuls of the whipped topping onto desserts,
fill resealable plastic bag with whipped topping; seal bag. Using
scissors, diagonally snip off one corner from bottom of bag. Squeeze
whipped topping from bag to create "snowmen." Decorate as directed.
