What is a camping trip without the great staple...
3 cans pinto or chili beans
1 can Rotel original
2 cans/jars salsa (hot or mild)
1 medium onion, diced
2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp of garlic salt or garlic powder
Open all cans, pour into a saucepan or large iron skillet, and mix very well. Chop onion into small chunks and add to mix. Cook over open campfire or camp stove until everything comes to a boil, stirring often to avoid sticking. Serves 8.
