From my daughter: Enjoy. Louise

Here is the recipe for my dinner tonight:

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery
1/2 cup sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Place chicken in greased 9x13 inch pan. Stir soups and sour cream
together and pour over chicken. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Remove from

oven. Sprinkle crushed crackers and poppy seed over chicken. Drizzle
with melted butter. Bake additional 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

I serve this with a rice dish (like a Rice a Roni) and a vegetable. It
is originally from the Katherine Carpenter School recipe book. My kids
like it.
