1 1/2 lbs trimmed beef stew meat
1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix (MYO or Commercial)
3 garlic cloves-minced (can use dry or bottled minced garlic)
1 can Cream of Mushroom OR Celery Soup (MYO or Commercial)
2 cups beef broth/stock (MYO or Commercial)
Salt & Pepper-to taste

Add beef stew meat to Crockpot; season with salt & pepper.

In a bowl, combine onion soup mix, cream soup, garlic, and broth; stir to combine.
Dump mixed ingredients over top of beef, stir.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
