I found these recipes on the web. I have not tried them.

No Sugar Added Apple Butter
12 - 15 Apples cored and quartered
1 can thawed "frozen apple juice"
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cloves

Core and quarter apples (Don't peel them). Combine apples and juice in a slow
Cover and cook on low for 10 - 12 hours or until apples are soft. Remove from
cooker and blend until smooth. Return to pot; add remaining ingredients. Cover
cook on low one hour. Will keep several weeks in the refrigerator. Or, pour into
sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 8 cups.
Sugar-free Spiced Apple Butter
3 pounds apples, pears or peaches
3/4 cup apple juice, pear nectar or peach nectar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2/3 cup Equal? Spoonful*

Peel and core or pit fruit; slice. Combine prepared fruit, fruit juice and
spices in Dutch oven.
Bring to boiling; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until fruit is very tender.
Cool slightly.
Puree in batches in blender or food processor or with food mill. Return to Dutch
Simmer, uncovered, over low heat until desired consistency, stirring frequently.
(This will take 10 minutes to 1-1/2 hours.) Remove from heat; stir in Equal?.
Transfer to
freezer containers or jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Store up to 2 weeks in
or up to 3 months in freezer.
Sugar Free Apple Butter
42 oz unsweetened applesauce
12 oz apple juice, frozen concentrate, unsweetened
6 t cinnamon

1 t allspice
1/4 t ground cloves

Blend ingredients in blender until smooth (do it in two batches). Place in
heavy, large pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover with
lid ajar and cook 1 hour and 20 minutes. Stir every once in a while. Cool
and store in refrigerator. Will turn darker as it cooks. Makes 1 quart
Sugar-Free Apple Butter
4 c. Pureed apples (takes 7 to 8 cups of apples to reduce to 4)
? c. Vinegar
2 t. Cinnamon (or other spices) to taste
1 c. Brown sugar substitute

Put into Crockpot and cook about 1 hour. Add cinnamon (or other spices) to
taste, and cook another hour. Cool, and stir in brown sugar substitute.
