Oh Hun...if you like boiled or fried cabbage, you'll like this!

I slice/shred 1/4-1/2 head of green cabbage. (Not too thin or too thick)
Add to a prepared roasting pan. Slice a large onion, (whatever type onion you have on hand).
Slice up 1-2 yellow squash. (I've used squash and zucchini-both are great in this).
Add to cabbage and mix around. At this point, you can dice up a potato or two if you want.
Season with salt and pepper-to taste. Add butter to taste. (I dice up several tbsp and sprinkle it around on top of veggies). Cover with foil and seal. Poke numerous holes in foil and bake. ((I've never timed it so I'm not sure of how long to cook...I usually check the veggies done-ness to see if they're ready. I don't like mine 'mushy', so I cook them till a tiny bit past crisp tender.))
Bake until veggies are to your personal preference.
If you like a more herb-y flavor, then add whatever suits your taste buds.
I have added a little lemon juice before baking...turned out pretty tasty. Gave it a little more refreshing taste.

Fried green tomatoes. That is something that I have always wanted to try and still have never had it.
