    Default lasagna

I have a question about leftover lasagna. I made it Sunday, baked it and we ate about half. I was to have this again on Saturday. It is still in the metal pan I made it in. can I wrap foil on the top, stick it in the freezer in the metal pan and pull it out Saturday morning and bake it Saturday afternoon? and it be ok and taste like metal? the pan is not disposable. it was marketed as a lasagna pan. I am afraid the lasagna will go bad sitting in the fridge all week and with big plans on Saturday I need a easy meal for supper.

thank you to all in advance.

If the pan is aluminum it's not a good idea as the tomato sauce will react with the aluminum and pit your pan (& possibly taste like "metal") If the pan is stainless steel than you shouldn't have any issues. Lasagne sounds yummy!

Thank you, I do believe my pan is stainless. so in the freezer it went. I really hope this works out as planned. if so, I know a way to get 2 good meals every month.
