      For one serving:

      1/4 c. whole wheat flour
      1 T. dry milk powder
      couple dashes salt
      Mix in a small saucepan

      Add: 3/4 c. water. Stir with
      a wire whip until smooth.

      Bring
      to boiling while stirring constantly
      using wire whip. Cover, take off
      heat, let sit 3 minutes.
      Scoop creamy wheat into a bowl,
      add butter and honey. Enjoy!

      Thanks for the good old fashioned recipe. I am definately going to try it when the weather gets cool.
