    Lately it seems my menus are a living thing...lol They keep changing.

    Saturday
    -OUT- ((Hubby's idea :-/ ))

    Monday-Crock Pot/Planned overs
    Mixed beans with l/o ham chunks and bone
    cornbread

    Tuesday
    Grilled chicken and veggie kabobs
    roasted asparagus
    salad
    garlic cheese toast

    Wednesday-Planned overs
    Grilled chicken and veggie salad
    Spanish rice
    cheddar jalapeno biscuits

    Thursday-Planned overs
    Stuffed peppers
    broccoli slaw salad
    l/o cheddar jalapeno biscuits

    Friday-Planned overs
    Rice, bean, and cheese burritos
    salad

    Saturday
    Grilled deer round steaks
    loaded baked potatoes
    grilled veggies
    salad
    cheese rolls

    This is another one I don't have an actual recipe for. ((My Southern roots are showing again))
    Make up a cornbread batter-your usual recipe is fine, just make it a bit thicker by not adding quite as much buttermilk.
    Heat an iron skillet on stove.
    Add butter/oil/bacon grease to warmed skillet.
    Allow to get hot.
    Carefully add a mixing spoonful of batter to hot fat in skillet.
    Cook on medium until browned on one side.
    Flip and cook until browned.
    Serve hot!! Delicious.
