    Yum! This sounds wonderful. It's on my list. I've been laying up fruit butters and jams this year.

    Tip - If one does a lot of butters and soups that require a food processor invest in an immersion blender. It saves a ton of time and clean up. I clean mine by running it on high in a glass of soapy water. *glee*
