ham broccoli chowder
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 c.ham, diced
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 c.Swiss cheese, grated
2 c. water
1 c. light cream
Mix flour and evaporated milk in cooker.Add other ingredients except cream. Cook on low 7 hours, or on automatic for 4 hours. Before serving, stir in cream and heat.
Yields: 6 servings. :041:

Well, there are 4 cups in a quart, so that means your cooker will hold 10 cups of content. The recipe calls for about 8 cups of ingredients in all. So, I would assume that it will fit in your crockpot without too much difficulty. She’ll be full, but it should work. 😉
