Fabulous Peach Dump Cake

Fabulous Peach Dump Cake 1 bag frozen peaches (2 cups sliced peaches) 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 Jiffy white cake mix (or 1/2 package of a 2-layer size cake mix) 4 tablespoons melted butter Lightly grease the crockpot.

    Fire Fabulous Peach Dump Cake

    Fabulous Peach Dump Cake
    1 bag frozen peaches (2 cups sliced peaches)
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 Jiffy white cake mix (or 1/2 package of a 2-layer size cake mix)

    4 tablespoons melted butter
    Lightly grease the crockpot. Place peaches in the bottom. Sprinkle with cornstarch. Toss. Drizzle with vanilla and sprinkle brown sugar over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon then cake mix. Drizzle melted butter evenly over cake mix. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

    Oh my! I missed this one...but may be making it soon.
    I think I've got a pkg of frozen peaches in the freezer...and I've got a packaged cake mix, but I think it's golden butter or something like that.
    Do you think I'll work just as well?

    I absolutely LOVE desserts with fruit in them.

    It will probably work better! LOL! Just remember that Jiffy products only make 'one' layer, so if you are using another product, you may have to double the recipe. That is, except for the cake mix part of the recipe!
    Desserts with fruit in them are the best! ...giggle...

    Ooh, I really want to try this...I think canned peaches would work, don't you? I always rinse them very well.

    It may work with canned peaches. Just keep an eye on the time since I use frozen peaches -- packaged or fresh cut and frozen. Let us know how it works;-D

    Yikes, I forgot to let you guys know how this one went.

    I used 1/2 golden butter flavored cake mix and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
    Followed the directions as written. And....
    It turned out delicious!!
