I made all three recipes this evening.

As far as the Hibachi Veggies and Stir Fried Rice-absolutely delicious! -WILL make again. It's a keeper.
Even though I was a kinda on the fence about the white sauce, I went on and make it also...((I'm NOT a mayo fan.))
Well....let me say, it was surprisingly good.
The only thing I did differently was to add just a tiny bit of lime juice.
Originally, I didn't really care for it when I tasted it by itself...but then
I tried the sauce by dipping my veggies in it...Oh yeah...getting there...Okay, so I proceeded to keep on until I ended up mixing some of the sauce in my bowl with BOTH the fried rice and veggies...-very- tasty! This one's a keeper also!!

Thank you so much for sharing your recipes!!

We made this the other night, my wife wouldn't leave me alone about it, she wanted to try it. I have to say that it was excellent and I followed the cooking instructions for the stir fry veggies and rice as well. I too was on the fence regarding the mayo and we happened to actually have hellmans in the fridge so I made it. It was really good the first night but when we had leftovers the next day WOWZA- that sauce is absolutely PERFECT. When you say that you should let it set for the flavors to marry, you aren't kidding! What a huge difference a day makes!

Thanks so much for the recipe, this one is going in the book as a must keep.
