    Default crayon on walls

    Hi
My in-laws gave my 2 year old crayons for Christmas and we now have very
pretty walls. Has anybody any easy suggestions for removing crayon from
    painted walls?
    Thanks

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works like nothing else, just test it to make sure it won't also take off the paint!

Wet a washcloth with warm water, dip it into plain baking soda, voila, comes right off with no scrubbing.

WD-40 & a rag are the best things I ever found for crayon on painted
walls. Don't leave the crayon on too long or the dye from the crayon
may permeate the paint! You will also need to clean the wall after
    using WD-40 on it.

Re: Budget101.com : crayon on walls

Sorry to hear about the walls. Here is what I did when my sons were very
little. I put the crayons away, and would get them out about once a day, and
sat and colored with them in a coloring book. When we were done coloring the
crayons were put away. I never let them have the crayons unsupervised until I
was very sure that they understood what they could and could not color. It was
    also some great bonding time.

I used to cover it with a paper towel and then iron with a warm iron. That removes all the wax. if there is a stain left i would then use the amazing magic eraser from Mr. Clean. What's in that anyway and where was it when my kids were small

Actually if you live where we do (base housing) it actually does take the paint off a tiny bit...LOL learned that the hard way. Does anyone know how to take everyday stains off walls without taking the paint off but actually cleans it. We moved here in september and they used flat paint.
