Italian Garden-Style Spaghetti
Serves 6

Hot cooked spaghetti (for 6)

1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
4 tsp grape jelly (good replacement for cooking wine)
1 (14 oz) can tomato dices
1 qt jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces
Water

Brown hamburger with onions, celery, season with salt and pepper. Add
jelly,

stirring constantly until melted. Stir remaining ingredients; simmer sauce
(stirring often) for 15 to 20 minutes. Thin with water, if necessary.
Ladle
over hot cooked spaghetti (or Mostaccioli pasta).
