Super simple Pineapple Popsicles- you can turn them into Tropical Pops by adding diced mango or a couple TBS of shredded coconut

1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup finely chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)

Dump all ingredients into a mason jar and attach the gasket, blade and bottom of your blender to the jar, puree until smooth, about 40 seconds. Pour into your favorite popsicle mold and freeze. Makes 4 Pops
