BiggerPiggyBankJust have to talk about our buy!
Our next door neighbor buys a 1/2 a cow every 6 months. This time when
he bought it, we got 1/8 of a cow. Wow! We got about 100 lbs. of meat
for $225 (so about $2.25 a lb.), and it is as close to organic as you
can get without the actual certification.We had sirloin steaks last night and it was soooo good. I highly
recommend finding a way to do this. It’s cheaper and better than any
meat we could get here in the markets.Amy
