You can boil the bones and liver gizzards, heart etc. You can also hard boil
and egg or two at the same time. Crape all the meat off the bone and chop all
the meat into fine dice and do the same to the hard boiled egg. You can use
the meat, egg and broth to make a nice giblet gravy. Just thicken with some
flour or cornstarch.
You could also just cook the meat and bones and make a nice broth to use for
later or for cream gravy.
