    Default Strawberry Cobbler

10 oz whole strawberries (fresh or frozen).

1/4 cup vanilla non fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup SR flour or baking mix
    4 tbsp or light margarine-melted

    3. In medium bowl, combine milk, yogurt, remaining 1 tbsp sugar substitute, flour, vanilla, and melted margarine. Pour mixture over strawberries.
    4. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

My husband is diabetic and has a sweet tooth. I'm always looking for good desserts that are diabetic-friendly. Thanks

I ditto that desire on the strawberry cobbler. My husband, as well, is diabetic and has a tremendous sweet tooth. Trying to keep him on the straight and narrow on desserts is not an easy task.
