    Default MYO: Watermelon Ice Cubes

    1 large watermelon, remove fruit from rind, cutting into chunks, remove the seeds.
    Puree and pour into Ice cube trays/ freeze. These are Really Really good in lemonade.

    Thank you for this recipe. Now I'll have to see if I can find some

    ice cube trays. My fridge has an ice maker in it. I may resort to

    using my tiny ziploc containers to try this.

    <SPAN class="375481415-05082008">Ann, you could put the puree in a 9x13 pan and then cut it into cubes & dump those into a ziploc freezer bag...although you would have to watch how long your freeze it for. Hmm... I have a wm, I'll go try it, lol.

    That would work, too. I guess I could use the chain saw if I didn't

    catch it at the right time. Actually, the small zip lock

    containers would be just fine. I'll be doing them up before going to

    bed tomorrow afternoon.
