    Vegetarian Chili Mac
    Serves: 4

    1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni &
    Cheese Dinner
    1 cup canned kidney beans, drained, rinsed
    1 cup canned diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder

    PREPARE Dinner as directed on package. ADD remaining ingredients; cook
    until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

    I love the cooler weather because I really like hearty meals. Yeah, during the spring and summer I eat lighter, but there's just something about cooking meals like this...giggle...I don't know what it is! Ya know...this would be a good recipe to use leftover baked mac 'n cheese. I still cook like I was cooking for a whole family so that I have leftovers for lunch or freezer meals.
