Broccoli Ham Ring (From the Pampered Chef Favorites

1/4 pound ham
1/4 pound fresh broccoli
1 small onion (I use a lot less onion)
1/2 c fresh parsely
6 oz swiss cheese (I use chedder, DH does not like
2 Tbs dijon mustard
1 t lemon juice
2 cans cresent rolls

> Preheat oven to 350
> Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion and parsley.
> Coarsley grate cheese
> Mix all ingredients expect cresent rolls. Set aside.
> Arrange cresent triangles in a circle on 13-inch

> Baking stone with bases overlapping in the center and
> points to the outside. There should be a 3 inch
> diameter circle in the center. Evenly spoon filling
> over base. Fold points of triangles over filling and
> tuck under base at center. Filling will not be
> completely covered. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden
> brown.
