    Default how to clean wax off candleholders

    We bought some candleholders for my sister-in-laws wedding, and they

    have some wax residue, how can I clean this off.

    Heat them up (hair dryer comes to mind). Just enough to melt the wax off, or make it soft enough to wipe off.....

    (Iron and towel works wonders on getting candle wax out of carpet).

    Default how to clean wax off candleholders

    if they are able to be used in hot water use the hotest water you can

    and when the wax is softening up slid it off. we did this with all of

    them except a wood one we had that my brother made for me. and it didnt

    hurt any of them. brass, steel, glass and crystal. non of them were

    damaged.

    freeze the candleholder. it pops right off

    Oh oh I know this one! LoL I'd asked the same not all that long ago.
    Just put them in the freezer and the wax pops out.
