<SPAN class="827572917-16072008">I got my hands on some beautiful fresh peaches recently, so I thought I'd share a yummy recipe:

<SPAN class="827572917-16072008">5 cups sliced fresh peaches
2 tbl flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp butter
1 pastry for single crust 9 inch pie

Mix peaches, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Put into 8 inch square
baking pan. Cut butter into small pieces over top of peaches; roll
pastry 1/8 inch thick; cut into 2 inch rounds and arrange over
peaches. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool about 2 hours before serving.
