Hi everyone!



I'm Sue, new to the list with a conundrum. In a fit of budget virtuosity

(or maybe not so smart) I bought bulk TVP, both beef flavored and bacon

flavored. The beef flavor I know I will use. Reconstituted it looks just

like ground beef and is great for all sorts of recipes that call for ground

beef. The bacon flavored, however, is a problem. It tastes good, and my

children love it. My problem with it is, reconstituted it looks a bit like

spam. It does taste and smell like bacon, and I am determined to use all 25

pounds by April, 2009 (the expiration date).



I'm looking for recipes I can use the bacon TVP with. Does anyone have any

ideas?
