    Default SAVE ON ELECTRIC BILLS

use a thermos for your hot tea or coffee - you can drink it all day

if you have some of those electrical strips its pretty easy to turn
off a bunch of kitchen appliances at once

it's been mentioned using the florescent lights - if you have lamps
with multiple bulbs only put in as many as you need - not all of them

hall ways use a night light vs using the hall light in the middle of
the night -- ditto in the bathroom

use the crockpot, try making a ham or pork roast and using the left
overs the next day or so with beans in the crockpot

plan on using the oven when you have enough to make it worth it -
otherwise use the counter top oven for biscuits etc

showers 5 mins - I am overweight and have long hair and I can do it in
5 mins .. dollar tree has digital timers have the kids use them ..
electric hot water heaters are expensive

clean out the refrigerators, this can save your grocery money too ..
to cool properly it needs some open area .. freezers conversely, pack
tight, use milk jugs with water to fill empty holes

If you buy flavored coffees and make a pot of coffee with French Vanilla or another yummy flavor, it's really good over ice. It's less expensive than drinking lots of soft drinks.

You have to understand......I drink way too many Cokes. I'm trying to cut back on them.
