Sunday -- Shrimp with Creole mustard, roasted potatoes, and broccoli
Monday --Cold snapper mold (leftover from Saturday)
Tuesday -- Quenelles superior with pasta (leftovers brought home from dinner with friends; see note below)
Wednesday -- Chicken breasts and artichokes in champagne sauce and mashed potatoes
Thursday -- Fillet of beef with port butter, cauliflower and rice
Friday -- Leftover shrimp and potatoes, artichoke and spinach casserole
Saturday -- Last of the snapper mold with orange sugar biscuits

Note: The only reason I can afford to eat all of this seafood is that friends were at the beach fishing and shrimping and came back with the motherload! LOL! They had a VERY good week...giggle... The beef was in the markdown bin -- I'm sure it was a mistake, but I grabbed it!
