Mushroom Salad
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tbs chopped onion
2 tbs chopped dill weed
1 tsp chervil

1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
Combine mushrooms, celery and green pepper in a salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over mushroom mixture and toss lightly. Let salad sit and soak in dressing before serving. Serves 4.
