My daughter does carb counting and so we count how many carbs are in each thing she eats. We aim for good control but she has alot of problems with other medical things that hamper the best control. I am involved making recipes and converting them for our local Children's Hospital. I am also involved with helping chair the new Nova Scotia Pumping Insulin Association. My daughter now has an insulin pump and what a change in how she lives and how her blood sugars run.
I will be away alot this weekend so am just sending you some of my favorite diabetic recipe sites for you to explore.I love the ones that do the break down for you.
Hope you all get something from this that makes you smile...
