Rhubarb Crunch
1 Cup flour
3/4 Cup oatmeal, uncooked
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Cup water
1 tsp vanilla
4 Cups diced rhubarb


Mix till crumbly the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon
Put 1/2 into a 9" square pan

Put diced rhubarb on top of crumb mixture
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla; cook till thick and clear
Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs
Bake at 350? for about 1 hour
