      Default Dump Recipe: Russian Chicken

      Russian Chicken

      2/3 cup Apricot Preserves
16oz Russian Dressing (MYO!, Recipe on Budget101.com )
2 Packages Dry Onion Soup Mix (MYO!, Recipe on Budget101.com )

For immediate cooking: Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Place all ingredients into a
large baking dish, turn chicken to coat. Bake until chicken juices run
clear (45-60 minutes for chicken pieces, or 20-30 minutes for chicken
      breasts).

For freezing: Place all ingredients into a 1 Gallon freezer bag. Lay flat
      in freezer.

To thaw and cook: Take the bag out of the freezer the night before, make
sure the baggie is completely closed. Place the Bag on a shelf furthest
from the freezer (It works best if the bag is laying flat, although this
may not be the best option with a side-by-side fridge/freezer). Preheat the
oven to 350 F. Empty the contents of the bag into a large baking dish and
bake until the juices run clear (45-60 minutes for chicken pieces, or 20-30
      minutes for chicken breasts).

I remember this being a crockpot recipe for some reason. I put it in the crockpot and it worked great!

      Here's the one I use

      1/2 cup mayonnaise
      2 tablespoons ketchup
      2 tablespoons pickle relish
      2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
      1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
      1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
      1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Mix every thing up really well

No comments since May? I was hoping to hear how it turned out from some of you folks who were going to try it! I think it looks good too...so I am going to try it too.. I wish I could figure out how to get back to this exact thread...this site is seemingly very complicated for me to use.
