The way Mom taught me to ice cupcakes is so easy it's almost

frightening. The icing is in a bowl, the one it's been mixed

in. Pick up a cupcake, hold it upside down. Place the cupcake on

the icing. Press down slightly on the cupcake so it gets a bit of

icing all over the top. Lift up the cupcake, and the top should be

covered with icing with a point in the center. Move the cupcake,

still upside down, in a circular motion and the point should curl

around and touch the icing. This is a quick way to ice cupcakes, and

so simple even a 3 year old can manage it.
