Default What do you do with ground pork?

I have two pounds of ground pork that I bought accidentally. Other than mixing them into meatloaf or meatballs, does anyone have any suggestions about what I can do with it? I thought about making it into sausage, but I haven't yet found a sausage spice blend that hubby likes. So I'm looking for ideas for incorporating it into a main dish.

    Thanks!

Use it for anything you would use hamburger for. My dh is allergic to beef, so I even make hamburgers from ground pork. I use it in Mexican food dishes (tacos, enchiladas, etc.) or Italian dishes. Just however you might use ground beef. You might need to cut down on the fat called for in the recipe and, yes, the taste will be slightly different, but it can be a great tasting dish--just different.
