Your menu plan sounds delicious as always! Do you make your own waffle fries? I make crinkle cut fries (using sweet potatoes), but I've never tried making waffle fries.

Stuffed celery sounds yummy, I have a bunch in the fridge and I needed a way to use it up, I hadn't thought of doing that in ages. I have some fresh cilantro and fresh dill growing I could make a zesty cilantro cream cheese filling and a dilled cream cheese filling. I caught one of the kids dipping celery in homemade nutella a couple weeks ago *shudder*, but I wasn't about to add THAT as a recipe/food idea. Kids will eat anything I think.

Thank you for sharing your menu!

    Liss-thank you so much!
Unfortunately I didn't make these, I bought the frozen ones on sale this time.
My Pampered Chef mandaline has an attachment that can slice the potatoes similar, (not exactly),that I've used and it worked well.
I LOVE stuffed celery! I either use Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss or the Kraft pimento spread...OR just dip in a ranch dip. lol The last ranch dip I bought was just the other day...I was actually gonna buy the store brand until I looked at the Kraft section. Right on top of one of the dips was a decent coupon that made it actually cheaper than the store brand. Well...yeah! Of course that's what I did.
I really like the flavor and scent of dill...and that dilled cream cheese filling you're thinking about...sounds REALLY good! Gonna have to try that one...
