I am not sure where to post this.
When making bread, If you mix your flour and yeast together, then the liquids, the yeast will not be so sensitive to the water temp. Also, you don't have to wait for the yeast to start working.
Keep your yeast in the freezer and it will last literally forever. no need to thaw before using.
