    Default Coupons and grocery shopping

<DIV id="yiv276081069"> It takes some time and some help from friends, but I spent $52 last week on groceries for four of us. This included some meat, frozen meals, 8 boxes of ice cream bars, marshmallows (kids love these!), watermelon, 6 pkgs of Dannon Immunity drinkable yogurt, 6 2 ltrs of Pepsi, etc. My cart was so full, it was difficult to steer! I belong to another group of people in my state that talk about deals and how to make the most of your coupons. My best tips? Buy lots when on sale Get around 6 or more Sunday newspapers from the Dollar Store or Menards (any place that sells them for $1 each week) Do not be store loyal Do not be brand loyal Try new things that you can get very cheap or free with coupons. You will be surprised at what you have missed in the past because you weren't will to
try. Remember, there is a learning curve and it took me about 6 months to get my grocery and tolietry bill down this low. Some weeks, it is even lower!
